Survey Recurrent and persistent carpal tunnel syndrome

This survey is about the approach of persistent and recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome and is organized by the Radboudumc in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The survey is in English, is anonymous, consists of 35 questions(multiple choice) and is divided in 4 sections: Surgeon background, Definition, Workup and surgical management and Postoperative care. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes. Please read all questions carefully. Some of the questions may seem similar, but address a slightly different situation.

Carpal tunnel syndrome = CTS
Carpal tunnel release = CTR
Diagnostic testing = DT (includes nerve conduction studies and ultrasound)
Nerve conduction studies = NCS
Ultrasound = US
Repeated decompression =RpD
