This survey is about the approach of persistent and recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome and is organized by the Radboudumc in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. The survey is in English, is anonymous, consists of 35 questions(multiple choice) and is divided in 4 sections: Surgeon background, Definition, Workup and surgical management and Postoperative care.
